Michael Roper is an interactive producer, media designer, technologist, and filmmaker. He has produced and directed award-winning broadcast, online, educational and corporate media for WGBH, MIT, TERC, Apple, Peace River Films, NOVA, MetLife, DuPont, the Forsyth Institute, the New-York Historical Society, and the Denver Art Museum, to name a few.

He has produced and directed major multimedia exhibitions including Slavery in New York for the New-York Historical Society, Living with Hurricanes: Katrina and Beyond for the Louisiana State Museum, the Titian Interactive at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and What's Going On? Newark and the Legacy of the Sixties for the New Jersey Historical Society.

He has produced and designed highly successful distance learning projects for the Athena Language Learning Project, the Laboratory For Advanced Technology in the Humanities, Botticelli Interactive, and the National Constitution Center.

Given the changing nature of marketing and communications in the 21st century, Michael applies his skills to helping corporations communicate their mission to employees, customers, and investors. The overlap in the needs of corporate and non-profit institutions has been truly striking.
